As soon as the consumer has notified us that he wishes to withdraw from the contract, a new period of 14 days starts to run in which the consumer must send the goods.

Eskimo may request compensation from the consumer if the consumer has caused a decrease in value of the returned goods (e.g. soiled, damaged, treated, or returned without original labels or price tags).


Exchanges are not possible for logistical reasons.


Normally, a return sticker is always included with your order. If this is not the case, please contact us via e-mail webshop@eskimo.eu. You will then receive a return sticker as soon as possible.

How can I return an item?

  1. Fill in the returns document as thoroughly as possible.
  2. Make sure the items are in their original Eskimo-packaging, and place them all together in the bag/box you’d like to send back. Be sure to include the returns form.
  3. Securely close your package and add the returns sticker on top. It’s possible you’ll have to write your address in the ‘sender’ box.
  4. Drop off your parcel at the used postal office.



Does it cost me money to return items?

No worries, the return is completely free. We provide you with the necessary documents to return your parcel free of charge.


Can I return items from different orders in one package?
Of course, you can definitely combine items from different orders in one package, as long as all the orders have been received (on the day of sending your return) and you mention the different order numbers clearly on the form. This to ensure clarity for our returns service.


Can I exchange an item?
Unfortunately, exchanging items is not possible, due to logistical reasons. You can always place a new order via our Webshop.


When will I receive the refund?
The refund is processed approximately 1-14 days after receiving your parcel. During very busy periods (for example the Christmas holidays) it is however possible to experience a slight delay. We do our best to process your return as quickly as possible!
