We ship to almost every country in and surrounding the EU. Below you can find a detailed list of our current ship-to-countries as well as the rates. Take not that delivery outside of Belgium takes a little longer due to customs and the use of varied parcel services.

How long does it take for my parcel to arrive?
We strive to send out our parcels within 2-5 working days. Once sent out and handed over to our local parcel service delivery usually takes about two days before it arrives. For deliveries abroad this can take a couple of days longer, depending on the local delivery courier, distance, and customs checks.

Delivery might take longer during Christmas & New Years, due to the big amount of orders. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

My country’s not on the list, does that mean I can’t order?
No worries, you can send an email to webshop@eskimo.eu and we’ll happily arrange delivery to your destination.

I didn’t receive a tracking link, can you track my parcel?
The tracking link is activated once the parcel is handed over to the courier, so this might take a couple of days. If you haven’t received one, feel free to contact webshop@eskimo.eu and we’ll provide you with an update and additional tracking information.

Tip: Be sure to check the specified email address and your spam folder.

Do I have to pay to return something?
Not at all, you don’t have to cover a single cost. We provide you with the necessary documents to return your parcel free of charge. The refund is processed approximately 1-14 days after receiving your parcel.

Can I check out as guest instead of creating a profile?
Right now it’s not possible to place an order as a ‘guest’, and you are required to create a customer account. However, this only takes about a minute and provides us with the necessary information to provide a swift delivery and any assistance you might require. Your data is fully protected and will not be passed on to third parties.

Can I choose the parcel service?
Depending on the destination our system automatically assigns a parcel service, so choosing one yourself is not possible.
