My order was cancelled by Eskimo - How is this possible?

All our products are offered on our webshop as long as they are in stock. Unfortunately, while processing your order in our warehouse, some products may turn up that have since been sold out. When a product is no longer in stock, we always inform you by e-mail, but please feel free to contact us at webshop@eskimo.eu if an item is missing from your order. We'll be happy to check it out for you!


Who delivers my package?

We work with DPD for our deliveries. Your tracking code received when you place your order will be activated as soon as your parcel is ready for dispatch in our warehouses.

I have placed multiple orders - will they be delivered together?

Our orders are passed on to our warehouse colleagues at order level. It is therefore not yet possible to have orders grouped together.

Can I order if I do not live in Belgium?

You certainly can! We deliver to all EU countries.

How much are the shipping costs for my order?

If you order for less than 60 euro, 6 euro will be added to your order for Belgium. From 60 euro, we will ship your order for free within Belgium.

When can I expect my package?

We make every effort to deliver your parcel as soon as possible. Usually, you should count on 2 to 5 working days. In exceptional cases, such as sales, end-of-year or holiday periods, delivery may take longer and we thank you for your patience!


ESKIMO may request compensation from the consumer if the consumer has caused a decrease in value of the returned goods (e.g. soiled, damaged, handled, returned without original labels or price tags or with opened or removed hygiene stickers).

I made a mistake when placing my order - can I still change my order?

Unfortunately, once an order has been submitted, it cannot be modified. As soon as we receive your order, we start working on it in our warehouse to have it delivered to your door as soon as possible. Want to make sure the correct item is not out of stock? Place a new order with the correct items, you can return the remaining items to us free of charge.

I would like to return (part of) my order, is that possible?

Yes you can! You can send us an e-mail via webshop@eskimo.eu and we will send you a return document and label with which you can send us back your package free of charge. For more information, pls check 'Returns'.


All consumers who visit our webshop can write a review for all our items.

We regularly collect these reviews and make a selection of the most relevant ones.

Sometimes we remove reviews that have nothing to do with the article (e.g. spam or vulgar/inappropriate comments).

We do not edit reviews.

To avoid false reviews, we check everything thoroughly first, and only after approval are they published.

If you do read a review that seems false, please let us know by e-mail webshop@eskimo.eu. We will investigate it and remove it immediately.
